Commitment to Human Rights

People Come First
Anicca strives to take one step further and go beyond the bare minimum of human rights policies—integrating a proactive culture of respecting individual dignity through empowering people around the globe using technology. It is critical to do business in a socially responsible manner.
While the global marketplace relies on innovation and business resilience to function, we operate on building relationships. Anicca believes deeply in what technology can do, its potential to serve others, and the positive impact businesses should strive for. Our innovation focus allows us to serve our customers through various means. Anicca's values enable us to live by our company slogan, ‘Finding Order in Chaos' with that in mind, we designed our human rights policies around our values, which inform us how to deal with everyone, whether they are our supply chain staff members, business partners, community members, or customers.
Anicca’s Commitment to International Human Rights Standards
Strategically, we base the policy on International Declarations like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), International and Civil Political Rights, Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights, ILO's Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and UN Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Wherever Anicca does business, we strive to operate within the legal framework while simultaneously honoring the terms of recognized human rights treaties. According to the United Nations Guiding Principles, if there is a conflict with the requirements set out, we try to comply with the applicable law while adopting measures that help us honor our internationally legally binding human rights obligations.

Anicca mitigates salient human rights concerns by monitoring our relationships with stakeholders and performing due diligence. Once we have identified any risks, we work to remedy them, mitigate adverse impacts, measure progress, and report on the findings.
The Way Anicca Makes It
Human rights considerations are integral to the company's product and service development. Responsibilities do not begin and end in corporate offices. The people in the communities we are part of and the world we live in. Giving Pi and Food Lifeline are some of the community-driven initiatives of which we are honored to be a part of.

Our influence on humanity is framed rather broadly, but when it comes to protecting our planet, the impact occurs at the design, construction, and recycling of our products. We have successfully innovated in the field of conserving invaluable resources and, in turn, developed environmental strategies to motivate collaboration from fellow industry leaders.
